Head to Business banking and complete the online application. You'll provide entity details (legal name, EIN, address), your representative's info, and beneficial-ownership details for anyone owning 25%+. Verification (KYB) is required before the account activates.

Funds held in your Treasury account may be eligible for FDIC pass-through insurance up to applicable limits through the partner bank, once verification is complete. FDIC insurance covers the failure of the insured bank — not fraud, unauthorized transactions, or non-bank parties.
